A call is logged whenever you phone the Helpdesk or email your queries/faults to us. Logging the call allows us to follow through to its completion and be able to track what has been done to the job so far.
After logging a call you will be given a call reference number by the Helpdesk Analyst. If you have any correspondence with helpdesk about the same job please quote this so we can speed the process of finding your call.
